Color: natural or wood stain on your choice. (you can decide your colour when putting order)

RETURN is not available because our furniture are made for order. You will also need 50% deposit(not refundable) when putting order.

If your order includes at least one bed frame, we provide free delivery and installation within 30 kilometres range from where we are located. (122 Main Street Unit B, Dartmouth). Talk to us if you are not qualified.

Each customer is eligible for a 5-year limited warranty on any bed frame purchased directly from Woodpecker Custom Furniture. For 5 years following your bed frame purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the size purchased. This includes all components of the product. There is no fee or deductible required. The collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement will be completed by Woodpecker at no cost to the customer. 

The Bed Frame warranty covers the original purchaser of the bed frame for the term specified, while they are located in Canada. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from Woodpecker Custom Furniture. Please retain a copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase.

Any physical defect in the product that causes material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

Woodpecker Custom Furniture may decide to replace the component or the whole Bed Frame depending on issue.

A slight colour change of the fabric after long-term exposure to light or usage.

Comfort, height or aesthetic preference.

Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid/moisture damage resulting from use by customer or their environment.

Normal wear and tear as a result of cleaning/laundering and normal use.

Any issue if modification(s) were made to the product.

Damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery.

Damage due to jumping, climbing or laying directly on the bed frame without a mattress.
